You _can_ begin using these USB-powered UltraLink UCube loudspeakers on the bus, around the
beach, or up for grabs at the favorite Carl’s junior, but please — for that love
of god — don’t. Remember: with great convenience comes great responsibility,
and when these loudspeakers are as impressive because the dramatic marketing video below
suggests, disruption from the peace is going to know no bounds. At $150 per pair,
these sleek seem machines aren’t cheap, but each speaker has the capacity to generate
15 w of peak energy — you will not be filling a sizable room with crisp,
distortion-free seem, but they are most likely noisy enough to experience your tunes or
movies for several buddies, in order to annoy other people inside a park. UltraLink
claims the loudspeakers use DSP-controlled energy supplies to “store energy
throughout quiet passages,” permitting the three.25 inch cubes to achieve their 15 watt
peak output with 170-degree listening angles. We’ve not had an opportunity to go
on the job, but when these loudspeakers seem half just like they appear, we could have a
better solution for playing music within the CES trailer the coming year.
